3) Services; Project Documents Control
Engagements (e.g., marketing, consulting, TikTok Shop management, creator/affiliate programs, ads management) are governed by written agreements such as statements of work, order forms, proposals, or service agreements (“Project Documents”). Fees, billing schedules, and accepted payment methods are defined in Project Documents or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once work begins or a session is completed. You’re responsible for applicable taxes. Overdue amounts may accrue 1.5% interest per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, plus reasonable collection costs.

Unless otherwise stated at booking, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance; late cancellations/no-shows may be charged or forfeited.
